Management is a peer-reviewed, scored (70 points), scientific journal, published in electronic form on a free access basis. The journal has been published continuously since 1997 as a semi-annual. The publisher of the journal is the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Zielona Góra. The journal is an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange of scientific thought and refers to issues in the field of social sciences. The subject of the journal in particular covers issues in the field of management and quality science as well as economics and finance, as well as interdisciplinary studies dealing with economic issues. The journal publishes scientific articles that show various research approaches. The varied subject scope of the journal determines both the national and international range of its impact. The mission of the Management journal is to contribute to the development of knowledge and to pose new research challenges by publishing high-quality scientific articles by domestic and foreign researchers.

The vision of the journal however is active participation in the debate on the future of social sciences as striving to improve the quality of life of individuals and particular social groups without harming future generations.
